Four Points By Sheraton Hotel & Suites in Calgary West exceeded my expectations by providing comfortable beds, a peaceful ambiance without the usual hotel noises, and attention to detail like complimentary water bottles and burlap-wrapped coffee. The staff, including Neheen, Riley, and Mellissa Nuno, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay despite challenging circumstances. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with exceptional service, making our dining experience enjoyable. Thank you to the team for their warm hospitality; I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.
